After purchasing any service or product a jot form will be sent to your email to fill out the description of your design.
 
It is imperative that you always have a vision for your brand and a reasoning behind it. Also when searching for a Graphic Designer always pay attention to their work to be sure that their style meets your vision. If you cannot invision you vision being in a store front it is best to re evaluate and or give the designer full creative control.
 
* Logo Designs takes 5-8 business days. Business days do NOT include weekends nor do they include Holidays.
 
RUSH ORDERS:
If you paid the additional rush order fee it has a policy turn around time of 24-48 hours. Weekends, and Holidays are not included in turnaround time of order. So please be conscious of that when placing orders on Fridays or before Holidays.
 
REFUNDS: Please be sure to cover this.
NO REFUNDS are issued on orders that design process has been started on or orders that have been issued out. If you decide to CANCEL your order in the midst of it being designed, the process of your order will come to an end, and your design will be sent as is. Refunds will ONLY be issued if there is a mistake on The Vault Graphics end. Falsely filed disputes are handled via my personal attorney.
 
LOGO REVISIONS:
All orders are subject to have 2 free revisions during the creation period. After those 2 revisions, a fee of $10 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. Revisions may result in a longer turnaround time depending on the extent of revisions that are being made as well as work load.
