After purchasing any service or product a form will be sent to your email to fill out the description outline of your project.
 
It is imperative that you always have a vision for your brand and a reasoning behind it. No one knows a brand better than the owner! Also take into consideration the style of work that we offer  to be sure that it lines up with  your vision. 
 
This service takes 3-5 business days. Business days do NOT include weekends nor national Holidays.
 
RUSH ORDERS:
If you paid the additional rush order fee it has a policy turn around time of 24 hours. Weekends, and Holidays are not included in turnaround time of order. So please be conscious of that when placing orders on Fridays or before Holidays.
 
REFUNDS: 
NO REFUNDS are issued for projects that have entered the design process. If you decide to CANCEL your order in the midst of it being designed, the design process of your order will come to an end, and your design will be sent as is. Refunds will ONLY be issued if there is a mistake on The Millionaire Insiders end. Falsely filed disputes are handled via our private attorney.
 
LOGO REVISIONS:
All projects are subject to have 2 free revisions during the creation period. After those 2 revisions, a fee of $10 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. Revisions may result in a longer turnaround time depending on the extent of revisions that are being made as well as work load.
